Morgan Hunt is keen to hear from experienced EHCP Coordinators interested in opportunities within further education across Essex.

We’re looking to connect with people who can bring together learners, families, teaching teams and external professionals to ensure support is well coordinated and centred on each learner’s needs.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Coordinating EHCP annual reviews and preparing supporting documentation.

• Gathering learner views and feedback from families and professionals.

• Monitoring progress towards EHCP outcomes.

• Working with curriculum and support teams to identify learners’ needs.

• Liaising with local authorities and external agencies.

• Maintaining accurate records and tracking review deadlines.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience coordinating EHCPs or annual reviews within education.

• A strong understanding of SEND and person-centred planning.

• Excellent organisation, communication and record-keeping skills.

• Confidence working with families and multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience within a college or post-16 setting, although other education backgrounds are welcome.
