Inclusive Support Practitioner – Braintree, Essex

Morgan Hunt is recruiting an Inclusive Support Practitioner to support learners with additional needs within a further education setting in Braintree.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide individual and small-group support for learners with SEND.

• Help learners access lessons, understand tasks and stay engaged.

• Adapt learning resources alongside teaching staff.

• Promote independence, communication and positive behaviour.

• Support progress towards individual learning goals and EHCP outcomes.

• Maintain accurate records and share updates with the wider support team.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience supporting young people with SEND in education or a relevant care setting.

• A patient, adaptable and encouraging approach.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• An understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice.
