Title: Investment Banking Senior Director/Managing Director

Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a high performing, full service, Middle Market Investment Bank based out of Atlanta, GA looking to add an Investment Banking Senior Director/MD to join their team. This person will assist in building out the Investment Bank's M&A Advisory team and take ownership of their coverage sector.

The Investment Banking Senior Director/Managing Director will be responsible for:

• Leading the M&A Advisory practice
• Deal origination in their specialized sector/subsectors
• Overseeing the entire M&A deal process from origination to successful completion (short term)
• Assisting in deal execution process (short term)
• Assembling and mentoring a team of additional junior resources

The Investment Banking Senior Director/Managing Director should have:

• 10+ years of Investment Banking experience
• Experience successfully managing and leading a team, preferably at a regional boutique or middle market bank
• Successful track record of originating, managing, and closing sell side M&A deals
• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
