As a Credit Controller at this company, you are in a pivotal position to ensure the company's cash inflow within EMEA. Together with 5 colleagues you are in daily contact with the full range of customers which include large organisations and governments.

Your responsibilities include:

• Contributes to and drives the continuous improvements of the Invoice to Cash process.
• Manages and supports the day-to-day collection activities with the associates within the region. 
• User of the related tools and systems (JD Edwards, Sharepoint)
• Support in Cash Application
• Working in tasks such as metrics and reports, support with monthly closing activities.
• You will collaborate successfully with other departments and add to a great experience for customers.Ensuring regular review and initiating process changes to improve performance and efficiency related to Collections, Dispute Resolution, and Credit Risk Management
• Support process automation in the appropriate areas
