Pay Rate: From £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am–3:00pm | Friday, 7:00am–2:00pm
Contract: Long-term ongoing, with the opportunity to become permanent

The Best Connection is currently recruiting experienced Fettlers / Spongers to join a prestigious pottery manufacturer based in Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent.

The Role

Working as part of a busy production team, your responsibilities will include:

• Fettling and sponging ceramic products to a high standard.
• Removing mould marks, seams and excess clay from ceramic items.
• Smoothing surfaces to achieve a clean, high-quality finish.
• Maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail throughout the production process.
• Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in fettling and/or sponging is essential.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• A reliable, hardworking and positive attitude.
