CapitalBox is looking for a Brand Manager to join our office in Stockholm to strengthen our global marketing team. If you are creative, have strong strategic thinking and possess experience in implementing brand campaigns, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with a team of marketing managers further development of CapitalBox brand strategy, in line with business goals and strategies
• Overseeing new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
• Measuring and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns
• Monitoring market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities for providing insights on new product development
• Ensuring seamless integration between brand and product strategies, in alignment with our group strategy
• Analysing brand positioning and consumer insights
• Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
• Manage online affiliate relationships
• Innovate, identify good marketing opportunities and test new marketing channels

The Brand Manager is reporting to Head of Marketing and you will work from home office or at our office based in Stockholm.

Your profile

We believe the successful candidate would be able to show below skills and experiences: 

• 3+ years of experience in Brand or Campaign management or agency experience
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills, being able to influence key stakeholders within the business.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Swedish skills. Other languages will be considered as a plus.
• Project management skills with the ability to see how tactics fit into the big picture
• Experience in rebranding and brand promotion
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to set and assess key performance metrics for brand initiatives and marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with marketing trends and industry techniques
