An excellent opportunity is available with an Abu Dhabi based global financial market infrastructure company operating within the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) for a Head of Distribution to be responsible for developing and executing the sales and distribution strategy for alternative investment products offered on the firm’s platform.



Reporting to the Head of Capital Markets this will include driving sales, overseeing client relations, business development, marketing, and the overall product strategy to grow the firm's client base, especially across UHNWIs and family offices. This role is key to growing the business, expanding the client base, and ensuring the firm's investment solutions reach a wider audience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, prospecting and onboarding potential clients.
  • Designing and implementing strategies to market the firm's offerings and personally
  • Originating ideas for new products, reflecting market demand
  • Developing and executing a cohesive strategy for the distribution of products across various markets.
  • Leading and managing the sales and distribution teams to achieve business objectives.

The Head of Distribution will hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in finance, economic or a business related field as well as relevant professional certifications. You will have a deep Product Knowledge with a thorough understanding of the products and market trends in the alternatives market (including private credit, private equity, venture capital and real assets). You will have proven experience in building, leading, and motivating high-performing sales and distribution teams, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. You will have existing deep and lasting relationships with High Net Worth principals and family offices and a proven ability to develop and implement effective distribution strategies and identify key market opportunities. You will have ability to develop and implement comprehensive strategies for business growth and client acquisition and have proven ability to lead teams and drive significant business growth within a competitive

financial landscape.
