An excellent opportunity is available with a banking institution within ADGM (Abu Dhabi Global Market) for a Client Servicing Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will ensure that newly on-boarded corporate clients are seamlessly guided through the bank’s systems and digital platforms, receiving end-to-end assistance in adopting and efficiently utilizing the bank’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-boarding assistance to newly acquired corporate clients, ensuring a smooth transition into the bank’s digital ecosystem.
• Offer personalized, step-by-step guidance on the setup and usage of digital platforms such as Corporate Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Payment Gateways, and related applications.
• Conduct orientation sessions, and system walk throughs to familiarise clients with platform features, security protocols, and transaction work-flows.
• Act as a single point of contact during the on-boarding phase, coordinating across internal units to ensure timely activation of accounts, channels, and services.
• Maintain a proactive approach to ensure clients are fully enabled, confident, and satisfied with system functionalities post on-boarding.

The Client Servicing Manager will possess a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline and have 5–7 years of experience in corporate client servicing, digital on-boarding, or system/application support within the banking or financial services industry within the UAE. You will have a strong understanding of digital banking platforms, corporate payment systems, and client servicing work-flows, excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM or ticketing systems preferred.
