What you'll do:
As a Core Banking Technical Subject Matter Expert (ICBA), you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for core banking systems. You will monitor and maintain processing systems to ensure optimal performance, provide technical support, conduct regular system health checks, lead the implementation of changes and upgrades, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Your role will also involve acting as the primary point of contact for all in-scope Core Banking systems.
- Monitor and maintain processing systems to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical Level 2 / Level 3 support and resolve related incidents within agreed SLA timeframes
- Conduct regular system health checks, apply patches, system updates and perform Disaster recovery testing
- Act as the primary point of contact for all in scope Core Banking systems including Project implementation, incident response, troubleshooting and resolution
- Lead the implementation of changes and upgrades as needed to ensure the environment is maintained and current
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for payment systems including system configuration, changes and troubleshooting guides
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Core Banking Technical Subject Matter Expert (ICBA) role will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology or Software Engineering. You should have a minimum of 3 years experience providing L2 / L3 application support for medium to large financial institutions within the core banking ecosystem. Experience leading major core banking system upgrades and enhancements related applications including solution design, development and implementation is essential. A strong end-to-end understanding of Core Banking modules, processes and regulations is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as: Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering
