The Best Connection are currently looking to recruit a number of Food Production Operatives to work at our client's busy food manufacturing factory, based in Winchester.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

• Helping with all aspects of food production
• Helping to produce granola, snack bars and cereal bars
• Working in a food factory environment
• Handling raw ingredients
• Setting and operating a variety of machines
• Packaging finished products
• Adhering to food hygiene standards
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Previous food production experience is essential to be considered for this role. Due to the nature of the role, you have to be happy to work in a food environment. Please do NOT apply if you do not meet this criteria.

This is for an immediate start.

This is a full-time, ongoing position, on a temp-to-perm basis, meaning there is potential for the company to offer a permanent contract after a qualifying period, depending on performance and attendance.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00.

Starting pay rate of £12.71 per hour.
