The Best Connection Swindon is recruiting on behalf of a leading timber and distribution company based on the outskirts of Swindon. Due to continued growth, our client is looking to strengthen their warehouse team with a skilled and reliable FLT Driver.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering excellent prospects for the right candidate. Due to the location, your own transport is essential.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year's Counterbalance FLT experience
Combi FLT experience
Valid FLT licence(s)
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to work safely in a busy warehouse environment
Hours & Pay
Monday to Friday
2:00pm - 11:00pm
£13.47 per hour (PAYE)
Temp-to-perm opportunity
Key Responsibilities
Operating Counterbalance and Combi FLT trucks safely and efficiently
Moving timber products throughout the warehouse and yard
Loading and unloading vehicles
Picking and preparing customer orders accurately
Assisting with stock movements and storage
Following all health and safety procedures
