Class 2 Home Delivery Driver

We are currently recruiting for Class 2 Home Delivery Drivers to join a growing and successful team based in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy a varied, hands-on role.

Working alongside a Driver's Mate, you will be responsible for delivering premium furniture and home products directly to customer's homes, ensuring a first-class experience from arrival to completion.

The Role

This is much more than a driving position. As the face of the business, you will be responsible for providing a premium home delivery service, ensuring customers receive the highest level of care and professionalism.

Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday
• Ad Hoc Shifts Available
• Start Time: 5:45am
• £14.94 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Driving a Class 2 vehicle safely and professionally
• Delivering premium furniture and home products to customers nationwide
• Working alongside a Driver's Mate to safely unload and position products within customer's homes                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                
• Using handheld devices to complete delivery documentation and proof of delivery
• Ensuring products are handled carefully and customer's properties are treated with respect
• Complying with all transport legislation, driving regulations, and company procedures

Essential Requirements

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
