Your Role

As SAP Development Team Lead, you’ll take ownership of building high-impact SAP Add-Ons that solve real-world challenges in finance and operations. You’ll lead a talented engineering team, drive technical excellence, and ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using technologies like ABAP, RAP, Fiori, and BTP.

You’ll balance hands-on development with strategic leadership, collaborating closely with stakeholders and architecture teams to align product goals and technical direction. Your role is both technical and human — empowering your team while shaping the future of SAP development.

What You Bring

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of experience in SAP development (ABAP required; RAP, BTP, Fiori are strong assets)
• 2+ years of experience in leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects
• A strong technical foundation and willingness to stay hands-on when needed
• Excellent communication skills and a supportive, structured leadership style
• Fluency in English; German at B2 level is a plus (language support available)
