Salary: USD13000 - USD17500 per month + + Living allowence

Progressive GE is currently working with a International project management consultant with American roots and a very large Middle East preference.

The company in question has a large scale property development program in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia and they are now hiring a Senior Construction / Project Manager.

The project is the Construction of a high value mix use building project in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.  They are due to win the next phase of the project which although is confidential at the moment the project will involve extending, developing, enhancing and making more use of an existing public area which can then be used for the local community and tourism in the region. (The project will be both Building & Infra)

At this stage, we are looking for a Senior Construction / Project Manager who is readily available to join the team in KSA in the early new year.

We are looking for a Construction / Project Manager with a sound construction background to work with the end client and project manage the full completion of the project from start to finish, liaising with management stake holders. End client facing role.

Below is a few more details about the type of profile they require:

  • 15 - 20 years experience within the Construction / Engineering sector
  • Background working for PMC / Real Estate Construction market
  • Past experience working in the Middle East - KSA would be preferred but not essential
  • Experience of managing contractors and building solid relations with the end client
  • Background working with International PMC's would be highly preferred
