Principal Bioprocess SME USP/DSP – Switzerland Top BioPHarma
We’re searching for multiple Principal Bioprocess SME in USP/DSP to be based in the largest production site in Switzerland. A fantastic opportunity to act as a functional lead of the production unit, in commercial manufacturing scales. If you have strong USP/DSP experience, combined with GMP under sterile environments, this could be your opportunity to join and learn from one of the most successful companies in the world.
Your responsibilities would be:
- Lead the Upstream/Downsream manufacturing activities, such as tech transfer, planning and coordination, batch record preparation, troubleshooting and deviation handling
- Act as the SME and functional lead, in a matrix environment within the manufacturing unit in USP/DSP and tech transfer activities
- Lead cross-functionally, a team of production experts, supervisors and specialists
- Technical Lead for clinical and/or commercial manufacturing in USP areas (cultivation, harvest, media preparation, purification, etc)
- Plan and coordinate activities for single-use and stainless steel equipment with microbial or mammalian expression systems
Requirements:
- BCh, MSc or PhD in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or Pharmaceutical Technology
- Sterile Manufacturing Experience under GMP regulated environments
- Microbial/Mammalian fermentation manufacturing experience
- Strong USP/DSP experience is mandatory
- Leadership orientation is a plus
- English speaker
- MANDATORY: European citizenship
