Location: South East Melbourne (3 days onsite)
Salary Package: Circa $170,000 (fixed-term contract)
Our client, a well-regarded organisation within the public sector, is seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead a key transformation initiative.
This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring successful delivery across multiple business units. The successful candidate will bring strong stakeholder engagement skills and a proven track record in managing complex HRIS projects within structured environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and delivery of a full-cycle HRIS implementation, specifically SAP SuccessFactors
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and governance frameworks
- Engage with senior stakeholders, HR leaders, and technical teams to ensure alignment
- Drive change management and user adoption initiatives
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure delivery milestones are met
- Demonstrated experience as an HRIS Project Manager, ideally delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementations
- Strong background in project governance, delivery methodologies, and stakeholder management
- Experience within the public sector or state government environments is highly desirable
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex organisational setting
- Based in South East Melbourne with a hybrid model (3 days onsite)
- Some travel to regional Victoria will be required
