Support Worker

Bolton | £12.71 per hour | Days & Nights Available

We're looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join a friendly residential care service in Bolton.

The Role:

• Provide person-centred support to residents.
• Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and mobility.
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
• Complete accurate records and report any concerns.
• Work as part of a supportive care team.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous care experience is desirable.
• Caring, patient, and professional approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care.
• Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualification is beneficial but not essential.
• Right to work in the UK.
