Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist (Contract)

W2 Contract

Pay Rate: $40- $50 per hour

Location: Santa Clara, CA - Hybrid Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a high-energy, independent Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist for a 3-month contract (with potential for extension) to support our team during a critical transition. You will be stepping in to manage full-cycle recruitment while providing generalist support to the HR function.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the hiring process from kickoff to offer, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain data integrity within the ATS, move candidates through stages, and pull basic recruitment reports.
• Step in to handle generalist duties previously managed by the departing team member (onboarding, basic employee inquiries, and HR coordination).
• Work independently to advise hiring managers and keep the hiring pipeline moving without constant supervision.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 2–3 years in Talent Acquisition or a blended HR Generalist role.
• Life Sciences experience is strongly preferred.
• The best candidate will have advanced proficiency in Greenhouse ATS, preferred
• Ability to work independently in a "start-up speed" environment; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Attendance: Ability to work onsite 4 days a week.
