Copilot Adoption Coach & Prompt Specialist

W2 Contract

Pay Rate: $100 - $110 per hour

Location: Dublin, CA - Hybrid Role

Job Summary:

Help employees get the most value from Microsoft 365 Copilot through coaching, prompt development, and use case discovery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining prompt libraries and best practices.
• Coach users and leaders on effective Copilot usage.
• Lead workshops, office hours, and one-on-one enablement sessions.
• Identify and document high-value business use cases.
• Develop quick-reference guides, demos, and training materials.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or generative AI tools.
• Strong prompt-writing and business process knowledge.
• Training, enablement, or coaching experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
