Exchange Engineer

W2 Contract

Pay Rate: $70 - $80 per hour

Location: Dublin, CA - Remote Role

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess the non-prod environment readiness to enable integration with SOTI MDM using the device compliance partnership for Store Zebra TC52 shared devices.
• Perform all advanced research, solution technical design planning, building, and testing all required integration components such as Lookout, MAM policy, and shared-device mode to allow O365 access for SOTI-managed TC52 devices.
• Collaborate with other project team members by engaging in meetings and technical working sessions.
• Change Order (CO) request management for changes
• Develop design, implementation, support, and other necessary technical documentation.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer
• Support the Cyber Defense team in migrating Palo Alto xSOAR to the cloud version.
• Define security configuration baselines, identify misconfigurations, and identify at-risk vulnerabilities.
• Participate in hardening configuration baselines, adhering to the security best practices, to improve the security posture of existing firewall configurations.
• Update SOPs for monitoring with updated configurations.
