IT Project Manager

W2 Contract

Pay Rate: $65 - $75 per hour

Location: Dublin, CA - Hybrid Role

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Communicate deliverables to the project team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate deliverables with all applicable parties.
• Coordinate project implementation cross-functionally
• Evaluate and develop alternative solution possibilities.
• Manage risks and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate the deployment and communication of the deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Evaluate the current business for process improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate deliverables following our project methodology.
• Determine contents for the communications plan and manage the plan.
• Facilitate roles and responsibilities discussions.
• Facilitate change management discussions.
• Follow our standards' project management methodology.
• Ability to plan forward while maintaining focus on current deliverables.
• Identify the critical path and escalate when the project schedule may be impacted due to late/past due tasks.
