Warehouse Associate

W2 Contract

Pay Rate: $23 - $26 per hour

Location: Foothill Ranch, CA - Onsite Role

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate will support warehouse operations by unpacking incoming materials, scanning inventory, and organizing items by part number. This is a temporary contract position intended to assist with inventory organization and warehouse efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Unpack incoming shipments and materials.
• Uncrate the wooden packages by folding the wooden walls, remove the tarps from the top of the crate, and remove the plastic bag inside of the packages.
• After uncrating and removing the package materials, stack them in the designated area.
• Scan items into the inventory system using handheld scanners or other scanning equipment.
• Sort, label, and organize inventory by part number and designated storage locations.
• Verify part numbers and quantities against packing slips or inventory records.
• Inspect incoming materials for visible damage and report discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure materials are accurately stored and organized to support efficient inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all warehouse safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or inventory experience required.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use scanning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately identify and match part numbers.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
