Visual Designer (Keynote Design)

W2 Contract

Pay Rate: $55 - $65 per hour

Location: San Francisco, CA - Hybrid Role

Job Summary:

We're looking for a Visual Designer to join the Architecture Collaboration and Open Source team. In this role, you'll lead design efforts for a variety of internal-facing initiatives that support our Engineering and Architectural community. From shaping the visual identity of key programs to crafting compelling presentations and event branding, you'll play a central role in how our work is seen and understood across the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design creative assets for internal events, engagement campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
• Build and polish high-impact presentations with Visual Design enhancements, especially in Keynote, for executive and large-audience settings.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to transform complex ideas into clear, visually engaging content.
• Develop visual identities for internal programs and tools.
• Improve diagrams, decks, and visual storytelling with clarity and purpose.
• Bring creative concepts to life across various media—digital, print, motion, and beyond.
• Own projects from concept through execution, with a focus on quality and consistency

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Strong Keynote skills (3+ years of experience)
• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills
• Portfolio required for consideration

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing in Keynote
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, presentation work, and storytelling
• Experience in improving complex technical diagrams and making them accessible to broad audiences
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (especially engineers and architects)
• Background or understanding of Software Architecture and Software Engineering technical domains is a BIG plus
