Job Title: Experienced machine Operator
Pay Rate: £9.00 p/h for days - £10.00 p/h for nights
Hours: 2 x (nights), (2 days off), 2 x (6am – 2pm) 2 x (2pm – 10pm)
Location: Hull
Contract: Long term (Potential Temp to Perm)
Start Date: ASAP
OVERVIEW:
Our client based in West Hull are looking for an experienced Machine Operative for a long term opportunity. You will be expected to work as part of a team on a day to day basis under the supervision of the Team Leaders and will be responsible for ensuring the machinery is running to optimum speed and maintained throughout your shift.
We are looking for competent Machine Operator to complete duties such as:
Requirements:
- Running of machinery in accordance with health and safety
- To pack items from the machines
- To perform quality checks & collate records
- To monitor machines performance throughout day
- Report any issues with quality and machinery
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants a long term position with the opportunity to go permanent.
Required Education/Qualifications
- Significant machine operating experience
- Experience of working with plastics but not essential
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
