Business Development Sales Executive
- Location: Norwich, Norfolk.
- Role: Sales, Phone & Field Based.
- Contract: Full Time, Permanent. 37 hours per week.
- Required: Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Proactively identify and target new companies that could benefit from their product.
- Visit customer premises to present technical solutions and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer and colleagues alike.
- Manage and develop new accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Make outbound calls to qualify potential opportunities and promote products.
- Work with the Manager on quotations, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Use sales software to track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups, ensuring a consistent pipeline.
- Achieve personal sales targets while contributing to the overall team goals.
- Represent the company at trade shows to generate leads and strengthen networks.
What You'll Need to Have:
- A proven experience in B2B sales or a strong retail/sales background.
- Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
- Confident, outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Happy to travel for customer visits and exhibitions.
Details & Benefits:
- Salary Circa: £28,500 to £30,000 p.a.
- Contract: Full Time, Permanent. 37 hours per week.
- Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm (flexitime on start between 8.00am and 9.00am).
- Holiday Allowance: 20 days + bank holidays.
- The business closes over the Christmas to New Year period.
