Line Leader – Food Production | £13.90 per hour | Wisbech Immediate Start Available

Shift Patterns: Day Shift:

• Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday (one week), Thursday to Saturday (next week)
• Hours: 05:30 – 17:30 (1-hour unpaid break)

Night Shift:

• Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday each week
• Hours: 20:00 – 06:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead your team to ensure smooth production, high standards, and efficiency
• Monitor product quality and ensure all specifications are met
• Oversee health and safety, ensuring a safe working environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and production records
• Communicate effectively with the team to align with production goals
• Drive performance by meeting KPIs and minimising waste
• Train and develop staff to ensure high skill levels and productivity

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Line Leader in food production
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Understanding of health & safety and compliance in food manufacturing
• Basic Food Safety Certificate
• Good numeracy, literacy, and computer skills
• Experience in a fast-paced food production environment
