The Best Connection Nuneaton is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a busy and fast-paced distribution centre based in Bermuda Park, Nuneaton.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term, ongoing work with no end date, working on a fixed afternoon shift.

Duties Include:

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Inbound and outbound warehouse operations
• Dispatch and goods-out duties
• Quality checking products
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Working efficiently as part of a busy warehouse team

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail

Pay & Hours:

• £13.68 per hour
• Monday to Friday
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• Ongoing, long-term work
• Inductions available from week commencing 21st September 2026
