As a Machine Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients products are manufactured to the highest standards. Offering a starting rate of £13.70, which increases to £15.20 after training completed - this is an excellent role for someone with a machine minding or food production background who is looking to take the next step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and maintaining machinery on a production line
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations
• Monitoring machine output and reporting any issues promptly
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the production line
• Following all health and safety guidelines

Working Hours & Pattern:

• Shift hours: 06:00 to 18:00 (12-hour shifts)
• Work schedule: 4 on, 4 off, includes working weekends
• Starting pay of £13.70, increasing to £15.20 after training period
