Business Analyst (AJ7F8K) Dubai, United Arab Emirates
As a Business Analyst, your responsibilities will be:
- Defining, implementing and managing the transformation program related to all back office functions such as customer service, finance, data entry, mapping and administration
- Offering solutions to improve all back office efficiencies, using the latest innovation tools such as robotics, machine learning and automation
- Lead all documentation, review and analysis of end-to-end and cross functional processes
- Business process reengineering and ensuring these meet business needs
- Gathering requirements from stakeholders to define business processes across multiple areas
- Using requirements to deliver solutions that improve and streamline the entire back office process
- Reporting directly to the Transformation Director, working together on the transformation strategy for back office efficiencies
As a Business Analyst, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least 3 years’ proven experience in business process mapping, reengineering and design
- Experience working on transformation projects is highly desirable
- Ideally have worked with a range of back office functions
- Must have a data-driven mindset
- Good knowledge of the travel industry is highly desirable, as well as business processes in this industry
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management
