About the Role

One of our trusted international clients is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to join their dynamic Business Operations team. This role is perfect for a medior-level professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for process optimization. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving hiring tracking processes, ensuring accurate reporting for Directors and VPs, and driving operational excellence across the organization.
As a Business Operations Analyst, you will take ownership of critical hiring data, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and provide actionable insights through reporting and visualization. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced, global environment while enjoying flexibility and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

Hiring Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain and update the Hiring Masterlist to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Transition existing processes to the central FP&A reporting system.
  • Adapt the Fintech LT weekly hiring status report to pull from the new central report.
  • Proactively engage with hiring managers, recruitment, and HR teams to keep hiring status up to date.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Build and maintain dashboards and charts for senior stakeholders.
  • Create ad hoc reports for cost center owners and leadership teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with Senior BusOps Associates and report to the Senior BusOps Manager.
  • Partner with Directors and VPs to deliver accurate and timely insights.
  • Influence and mediate without formal authority to ensure alignment across teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, charts).
  • Strong sense of ownership and proactivity in managing processes.
  • Experience in data visualization and report building.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and presenting insights.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Background in FP&A, business operations, or strategy consulting.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
