We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Events Executive to proactively drive sales, manage event inquiries, and coordinate sports, events, and experience packages at the prestigious Empire Casino in London. Reporting to the F&B Manager and collaborating with the HVC BDM Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, enhancing brand awareness, and ensuring seamless execution of events.

Main Duties:

  • Collaborate with the HVC BDM Manager to develop and implement strategic sales plans for each area of the venue.
  • Achieve proactive and reactive sales targets, seeking new business opportunities within the local area.
  • Drive brand awareness through proactive initiatives and effectively convert inquiries into bookings.
  • Initiate, maintain, and grow B2B relationships to enhance venue sales.
  • Implement innovative business initiatives to drive sales, considering competitor activity.
  • Efficiently handle all inbound sports, experience package, and events inquiries.
  • Maximize sales opportunities for all events, including upselling packages and chasing provisional bookings.
  • Manage daily administration tasks, including event diary management, payment processing, and coordination of event information.
  • Produce function sheets for all casino events and update department managers accordingly.
  • Update all company systems associated with events, including Easy Pre-Orders and
  • Provide clients with necessary paperwork, including online contracts, invoices, credits, and payment processing.
  • Collaborate with departments, including F&B, Head Chef, and Casino Managers, to ensure event success.
  • Provide creative input for upcoming internally hosted events.
  • Conduct professional site visits for prospective clients.
  • Maximize sales opportunities while controlling costs within budgetary guidelines.
  • Assist with Health & Safety aspects of large-scale events, supporting risk assessments and legal obligations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, handle client queries, and troubleshoot on event days.


  • Proven experience in sales and event management.

  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations for events.
