About the Head of Performance Marketing Role:
The Head of Performance Marketing conceptualises, strategises and executes digital marketing plans specifically for Google Ads and Facebook Ads while working closely with the Head of Marketing and Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the digital team and achieve digital marketing targets, including lead generation and campaigning
  • Plan and execute digital marketing with various objectives from awareness to conversion on several social channels
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively
  • Optimise spend and performance based on campaign goals
  • Deliver and conduct strategies both externally and internally
  • Conceptualise and work on online marketing data

To succeed in this Performance Marketing Manager role, you must be comfortable with targets that include lead generation, be an expert on Facebook ads and Google Ads.

Key Requirements:

  • Five or more years of work experience at a startup or digital agency is preferred
  • Strong understanding of and executional skills in performance marketing
  • Proficiency in Excel or similar data processing tools
  • Hands-on experience in any mainstream advertisement management, re-marketing and web analytic tools like Google AdWords, Facebook, Google Display Network (GDN), DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Supermetrics, etc.
  • Broad knowledge of best digital practices
  • Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English verbal and written communication skills
