About the National Sales Manager (Freight Forwarding) Role:
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for managing the business development of the company’s services by ensuring consistent and profitable growth in sales revenue. This includes both short and long-term business development planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and build long-term relationships with existing customers and bring new customers on board in order to achieve the monthly sales targets
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Visit branch offices regularly (weekly/monthly) for Branch Sales Team meeting and discuss with Branch Manager for maximising new and existing customers
• Successfully implement new and existing business by using SOP formats for operations, customer service and finance departments
• Review monthly sales activities with the Country Manager
• Manage other duties assigned by the Country Manager

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong customer database in FMCG and pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry or other verticals

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of six years’ experience with all aspects of freight forwarding
• Bachelor's degree preferably in logistics management
• Experience with key account management is required
• Strong leadership skills and focused on customer and stakeholder relationships
• Strong time management and negotiation skills
• Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Able to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Based in Jakarta and willing to travel if needed
