Job Description: ServiceNow ITOM Developer
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer to join our team. The primary focus will be on service mapping and ITOM health, working on implementing a PMO application built on the ITSM module for project tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a PMO application using the ITSM module.
- Configure and maintain ITOM Health functionalities, including monitoring, alerting, and service health dashboards.
- Utilize Service Mapping for accurate visualization of IT components and business services.
- Work with ServiceNow development tools: UI Builder, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Integrate and configure ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Leverage knowledge of Sensogo for integration and customization.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ITOM solutions.
Must Haves
- Proficient in ServiceNow development tools: UI Builder, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Extensive experience with ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM Health and Service Mapping.
- Familiarity with Sensogo.
- Proven experience in configuring ITOM Health functionalities: monitoring, alerting, and dashboards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
