ABOUT THE ROLE
We are recruiting for 10 Warehouse Operatives to work for Pilgrims UK, Britain’s biggest provider of higher welfare pork at their chilled production and distribution site in Ruskington, near Sleaford, Lincolnshire. You will be working in a modern, clean and state of the art warehouse and production facility. We have ongoing and long term work available and you will be joining a forward thinking and innovative business who reward their staff and offer training and progression opportunities.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE
We have two shifts available and you can choose based on your preference. The working pattern is days of days off 12 hour shifts. You will have two 30-minute breaks per shift.
- 0600 – 1800 – 4 Days of 4 Days Off
- 1800 – 0600 – 4 Nights on 4 Nights Off

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Warehouse duties including picking and packing
- Working in a chilled environment
- PPT and LLOP Driving and case picking – full training can be provided
- Quality checking and checking goods before they leave the warehouse
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest possible standards

- Overtime is paid at 1.5 Monday to Saturday and double time on Sundays
