Our client is a rapidly growing commercial energy consultancy known for exceptional market insight, high-quality data, and one of the strongest commission structures in the North West. They're on a mission to help UK businesses reduce costs, simplify procurement, and secure long-term energy solutions — and they're now looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join their team.
 
This isn't a churn-and-burn sales floor. Our client wants people who want to build something, develop a pipeline they can truly call their own, and grow into long-term careers within the business.
 
What You'll Be Doing

  • Speaking with UK businesses to understand their energy needs and present competitive commercial energy solutions.
  • You will be working a blend of cold outreach, some warm inbound leads and hot, prequalified data
  • Building and managing your own pipeline with a focus on long-term relationship-building.
  • Consulting with prospects to find the best contract options and guiding them through the process.
  • Cross-selling additional services including Telecoms, Water, and Waste, unlocking extra revenue and bigger commissions.
  • Closing deals confidently and consistently while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
  • Contributing ideas, feedback, and experience to a business that genuinely values input and innovation.
