Location: Office-based - Newton Aycliffe, Co. Durham
Salary: £25,000-30,000 (DoE) + uncapped commission + clear career progression

The Role
 
You'll be joining a business where your ideas are valued, your effort is recognised, and your results are rewarded — properly.
 
You'll manage your own desk, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and have the freedom to make things happen your way (no micromanaging here).
 
Your day-to-day will include:

• Developing long-term relationships with clients across various industries
• Sourcing and qualifying great candidates to match with top opportunities
• Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish
• Working as part of a supportive, driven team that's growing fast

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment (any sector)
• A confident communicator who's comfortable on the phone and face-to-face
• Someone who enjoys building relationships and closing deals
• A proactive, ambitious mindset — and a good sense of humour doesn't hurt
