Salary: Plus Shift Loading

Our client are Australian-owned and operated, with our products being manufactured in a purpose built facility in Morningside, Brisbane. We are dedicated to the manufacture of cheesecakes, gateaux, individual desserts, tarts and slices for the international and domestic food service markets.

We are seeking the services of a trade qualified Baker/Pastrycook to work night shift (10pm to 6am)

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Weighing and measuring raw ingredients
  • Processing, mixing and batching raw ingredients
  • Loading mixing equipment
  • Operating oven room
  • Conducting quality checks
  • Process work
  • Data Entry


To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Previous experience working in a fast paced food manufacturing environment
  • Ability to follow written instructions
  • Experience weighing and mixing raw ingredients
  • GMP, HACCP and OH&S knowledge
  • Flexible working hours and available to work OT when and if required
  • Minimum of 2 Work Related References
  • Must have atleast x2 Covid 19 Vaccinations
