Seeking a Warranty/Quality Claims Analyst in Peachtree City. Direct hire with full benefits.

Job Overview: The role of the ­­Quality Claims Analyst is to lead continuous improvement in warranty reporting, processes and procedures pertaining to their product group. Provide direct customer interface for conducting warranty part reviews, claims investigation, customer warranty systems corrections/updates, customer rating/scoring system corrections/updates, and warranty cost recovery avoidance/mitigation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Proficient in disputing claims and resolving issues to diffuse/eliminate negative financial impacts, identifying alternative solutions and implementing fixes.
• Fully versed in tracking OEM customer warranty information, report generation, financial accruals, estimate development, and use of Continuous Improvement Process tools.
• Maintain warranty cost updates for their product group, based on customer warranty agreements, terms and conditions, specific issues and statistical forecasts.
• Leads projects to reduce or eliminate potential warranty contributors.
• Work with supplier development quality engineers to ensure our expectations from suppliers are met to resolve Warranty issues. Including charge backs to suppliers.
• Handle customer inquiries involving product related technical issues.
• Enter claims / requests for analysis into Warranty Database.
• Approve / Reject supplier responses for C.A.R.'s initiated by Warranty Claims department.
• Regularly conduct Root Cause Corrective Action Analysis and Correction of Errors.
• Capable in proven problem resolution methods. Toyota A3, Quality Circles, Ford 8D, and Caterpillar process improvement system. The Toyota Production System (TPS).

Knowledge and Skills requirements:

• Ability to gather, analyze and present information utilizing strong oral and written communication skills.
• Functional experience with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), as well as Salesforce or another CRM system experience a plus.
• SAP knowledge would be a plus.
• Heavy Equipment, Automotive and/or Aerospace experience would be a plus.
• Presentation – Report-outs to management and Executive Leadership Team.
• Interact professionally with customers, co-workers and suppliers.

Education & Experience:

• Some College or other technical field required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
