Our client is a leading player in the fintech industry, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Financial Accountants to join their dynamic team in Johannesburg.

What you'll do:
- Achieve in-depth knowledge of process flows, operational requirements and system design
- Perform revenue assurance checks to align billing system to partner contracts
- Follow up on all outstanding receivables and ensure payables are settled within SLAs
- Review and approve reconciliations performed by the Reconciliation and Settlement team
- Identify reconciliation issues and escalate them to responsible parties
- Compile audit working papers and supporting documentation to meet external audit requirements
- Drive for results and implement best practices within daily operations
What you bring:
- Part qualified or newly qualified CA(SA)
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills
- External audit experience would be highly advantageous
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in process automation
- Experience with working with large data volumes
