ABOUT THE ROLE
Medacs Global Group is currently recruiting for Workforce Solutions Consultant to be based onsite in Wrexham on a Fixed Term 12 month contract. This role would focus on managing the supply of candidates and building a great relationship with Clients.
Here’s some of the key responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of all Client requirements
- You will be the first point of contact for any client/supplier queries
- Managing shift requirements and liaising with bank and suppliers to ensure vacancies are filled
- Reporting and managing from the Envoy system, keep all jobs updated on the system
- Updating the client systems as and when required and in accordance to agreed protocols
- Communicating with our internal Operations Manager or Client Manager on any client issues that may need assistance
- Developing and managing client and agency relationships
- Handling timesheets and billing in a prompt manner
