- 24-month full time position, Monday to Friday (38hrs per week)

Skillinvest is seeking a motivated candidate to undertake a 24-month full time Business Sales Traineeship with an organisation in Sunshine West. Our trainee will receive ongoing mentoring whilst learning on-the-job and undertaking a ‘Certificate IV in Business’.
Duties
- Take ownership of our vendor manage kan ban system
- Quote jobs and process orders, manage and resolve issues.
- Learn business processes and undertake formal training
- Demonstrate an eagerness to learn and apply learned skills
- Fielding calls and emails directly from clients and processing orders
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the sales and customer service
- Support our trade sales desk
- Participate in team meetings
- Produce sales leads from the inquiries received
Requirements
- Recently completed high school or relevant tertiary studies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to listen to customers and identify the requirements.
- Hungry and driven to hit the sales targets.
- Honest character and adaptable to changes.
- Eagerness to build knowledge of Customer Service and/or Sales principles and practices.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills including decision making and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- This role requires staff to be fully vaccinated for COVID 19
