Skillinvest offers an exciting opportunity to kick-start a career in Carpentry with our esteemed host Construction Company. As part of this apprenticeship, you’ll undertake a Certificate III in Carpentry, equipping you with essential skills for a successful career in construction. Work across southeastern Melbourne, working in the domestic sector.
Duties Include:
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
- Fitting exterior wall claddings and window frames.
- Setting up scaffolding
- Concrete formwork, placing, and finishing.
- Lifting and moving materials
Requirements:
- Physically fit, self-disciplined, and have attention to detail.
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle.
- Basic to intermediate experience with hand-tools and drills
- Willing to travel to sites across SE Metro Melbourne and do overtime.
- Industry experience preferred or currently completed 1st year of carpentry apprentice.
