Kelly IT is recruiting a IT Business Analyst / Project Manager (M/F) to integrate our client in the Greater Lisbon area.

Experience: 8+ years of experience as IT Business Analysis in a financial institution

Challenge:
- Perform IT Business Analysis tasks on operational banking process and fiscal / tax / legal related implementations;
- Interact with various business representatives (RegionalBack office, Sponsor…);
- Ensure proper documentation of requirements, process mapping, workflow diagramming;
- Document business rules, perform feasibility studies,and impact analysis;
- Ensure quality assurance by validating IT solution and coordinating UAT with business users;
- Conduct change management to the end users;
- Create training materials and documentation and trainnew end users on related applications;
- Support and promote continuous improvement of the services and applications.

Key skills:
- Strong Functional knowledge of Back Office processes, Tax & Legal (FACTA, IRS871m, AEOI) is a definitive advantage, as well as knowledge of financial products, and trade life cycle obtained either though an IT core system implementation project or via positions held within the Operations department of a Bank;
- Strong exposure to corporate actions, derivatives (performance, Tax reporting oriented);
- Experience on Tax and/or Legal (IRS) systems (FiTax and Easy-tax from Bearing Point) is a plus.

Languages:
- Fluency in English is mandatory;
- Fluency in French is a nice to have.
