Personal Assistant to the Directors (Professional Services)
Location: Leeds
Type: Temp 4-8 weeks.
Salary: £29,588 per annum pro Rata £16.26 per hour
Working Pattern: Full-time with flexible working arrangements considered
Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Director and Deputy Director of Advancement within a busy and fast-paced professional services environment.
This role is ideal for a proactive PA who enjoys managing complex workloads, working independently, and providing high-level support to senior leaders. You will play a key role in ensuring the Directors' time is managed effectively while supporting a range of projects and leadership activities across the Advancement team.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive management of two senior directors' busy and complex diaries.
- High-volume inbox management, responding and actioning communications on behalf of directors where appropriate.
- Preparing briefing notes, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinating UK and international travel, including detailed itineraries, bookings, and expense reconciliation.
- Organising and supporting leadership meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Providing diary support to the Head of Transformational & Major Gifts.
- Maintaining accurate digital filing systems and improving administrative processes.

Essential Experience & Skills
- Significant PA or Executive Assistant experience supporting senior managers within a busy office environment.
- Strong experience managing complex diaries, inboxes, meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Ability to work independently, use initiative, and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- High levels of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Desirable Experience
- Experience using CRM systems such as Raiser's Edge.
- Experience using workflow or project management tools such as Trello.
