THE ROLE
The firm's renowned real estate team is looking for an additional senior commercial property lawyer with excellent academics, and with experience gained at a top City or regional law firm.
ABOUT YOU
A commercial real estate lawyer with 8PQE+, your experience will have had a particular focus on development work including experience of site assembly, development agreements, conditional sale contracts and options as well as with financing and disposals.
Experience of development work in any sector is of interest, but in particular in relation to mixed use developments and urban regeneration.
