THE ROLE
An excellent new role for a solicitor to join the Commercial Team in the South East.
You will be handling a wide range of non-contentious commercial work including commercial contracts, technology/IP, procurement, information law and corporate support.
ABOUT YOU
With at least 2pqe of non-contentious commercial work you will have an excellent knowledge of commercial law and agreements including: terms of sale; terms for the supply of services; consultancy agreements; distribution and agency agreements, NDAs, and Heads of Terms.
Experience of some of the following would also be useful, IT/IP, data protection and freedom of information, procurement regulations, corporate support, JVs, partnership issues and company formations.
You will have a commercial pragmatic approach to advice and negotiations and also be willing to contribute to business development.
