THE ROLE
A London based mid-to-senior level lawyer to join the Banking team.
The role will enable the successful candidate to focus on leveraged finance, whilst also gaining exposure to corporate lending and counter-cyclical opportunities.
The leveraged finance practice has recently been expanded at partner and junior fee-earner level and is expected to grow further in coming years, creating a unique opportunity to forge a career by taking advantage of exceptional bank and debt fund relationships alongside an active, and highly-regarded, private equity team.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate must have some leveraged finance and corporate lending experience, gained in either a leading national or City firm.
Candidates must be technically excellent but, equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business and practice development.
They will be a team player with a strong client-focussed approach, commitment to the product area and excellent communication and organisational skills.
