supports evaluation and monitoring systems at the program and corporate level. The PO participates in strategic monitoring, evaluation, and reporting processes including the on-going refinement of the corporate system by coordinating team activities and synthesizing information.
champions the utility and data quality of the Centre’s monitoring systems to support learning and reporting. The PO reviews, analyzes, aggregates monitoring data and information, and helps to incorporate this evidence and information into corporate evaluation and reporting processes led by the Division.
Supporting country teams in monitoring the performance. This includes the develoment of approaches and tools (e.g. equipping CCMs to handle key operations and strategic approaches to core responsibilities) and ensuring sound change management as they evolve into more strategic stages of maturity.
Working closely with the Evolution Project Manager to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely implementation of the Project. This includes, updating performance trackers, budgets and project plans and materials for regular project meetings as required, and supporting the build out and documentation of processes.
