Duration: 11 months – with possible extension 1 x 12 month
Location: Canberra, ACT OR Melbourne, VIC.

Basic Requirements:

• AGSVA Security clearance.
• Demonstrated qualifications and/or professional experience assessed as suitable for eligibility to obtain DCIAB –CSAA endorsement as a Cyber Security Assessor, including (but not limited to) CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, and IRAP accreditation.
• Knowledge/experience of radio and satellite communication systems/applications and/or specific systems/applications
• Ability to work in a team.
• Understanding of modern networking, computers and operating systems and
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality technical reports.

Highly Sought Skills:

• Extensive industry and specialist experience in cyber security within secure communications or complex ICT environments.
• Strong understanding of ICT architectures, networks, platforms, cyber security compliance and governance within regulated or secure environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of complex technical systems and capability environments.
• Previous experience supporting government, defence industry or secure enterprise environments.
• Experience assessing and evaluating technical, cyber security or operational risk.
• Demonstrated creativity and innovation in applying solutions for the benefit of the customer or stakeholder.
